Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date your item is received for your review to be completed. You will be notified as soon as your review is ready and about to be posted. This may be much shorter depending on our product review work-load at the time.

We review family friendly products in these categories: Parenting, Kids, Home & Décor, Kitchen & Food, Jewelry, Bath& Body and Pets.
Q. Who Exactly Is Reviewing My Product?
Great question! We have a panel of 5 fine folks who assist in product reviews, depending on the type of product it is. Our panel consists of moms and dads who are experienced parents, consumers and are sticklers for quality. Personally, I oversee every review, and having experience working with retailers and pitching my own product line, create the review and determine where to send it.
Q. Do You Give Every Product A Glowing Review?
No. We must feel that your product is ready to reach a retail marketplace. Your product must be of excellent quality, do what you says it will and have presentable, if not perfected, packaging. If we find faults with your product that would prevent it from being suitable for consumer use or retail presentation-or feel we can’t give it anything but an A+ review-we will let you know immediately and a refund will be promptly given.
Q. Why Do You Charge a Fee?
Well, it comes down to our time. We aren’t just reviewing your product: we are giving you a professionally written review and mini-line sheet which you can use over and over for pitching your product. Along with the exposure your product will receive & the fact that we submit to one retailer equals a fair amount of our time going into every review. We think it’s a fine trade, don’t you?
Q. Why Do I Have to Pay For My Review Upfront?
Basically, we know this is going to get full. Fast. We want to know that you are serious about being reviewed and presented to retailers. By paying upfront, your product will be reviewed before the person who simply send a product first and pays later. This is a first come, first serve system.
Q. Can You Guarantee That My Product Will Be Picked Up By Retailers?
No, we can’t. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee a retailer will carry your product is fibbing. Placing your product into ANY retail location is a process. BUD Product Reviews are just one step in the process that can be beneficial. Is BUD a great resource that has helped many products be placed with retailers? You bet. And we believe our reputation and resources will be yet another tool you can use in promotion of your product.
Q. How Do You Choose Which Retailer To Send My Review To?
Our retailer database is over 800 strong and growing everyday. We will work hard to find a suitable, promising retailer to whom to send your information. If you already have someone in mind, please let us know. We do not work with “Big Box” retailers, however, so no, we can’t get you into Target or Walmart~
Q. I Hear You Return Product Samples? Is it True?
You simply spend too much of your product, time and money on reviews for us to justify keeping your product. So, yes, we do return it if you send a SASE along with your product. In the event that you'd like us to keep your product, we will reimburse you $5.00 and put the product to good use-either as a give-away or donation (unless of course, you send something edible or perishable). We do this because we are not here to scam you out of your product. Your business is important to us.
